Screen Printing

The process of transferring a stenciled design onto a surface (t-shirt, hoodie, tote bag, poster, etc.) by pushing ink through a mesh screen with a squeegee. We look forward to helping you whether it be a small order for a youth sports team or a large order for your business, you need a small (or large) batch of tees for a fundraiser, some eco-friendly totes, or branded products for your business.

Unlike transfers or other types of printing, screen printing doesn't just sit on top of garments. The ink penetrates deep into the material and then is cured within it. Pair proper curing with the correct care for the item and apparel, and many happy customers have reported their products lasting decades or longer.

Direct to garment printing (DTF) is a process where a digital image is printed directly onto a garment using a specialized printer. This method allows for high-quality, detailed designs to be printed quickly and efficiently. It's a popular choice for custom t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items.

Minimum order size for first time customers is 24 pieces of each style of garment. For established customers we will print smaller orders, but please be aware that screen printing requires the same amount of set-up for 1 shirt or 1,000, and price per shirt increases substantially. Generally, our pricing structure is based on the quantity you order, the shirt style you pick, the number of print areas on garment, the number of colors in each Print area. If any additional work is necessary in preparation of the art file, there might be a small fee associated with the final prep for the file.
